Customer reviews
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

Update: To top it off, some definitions are just wrong. When I saw that 'lita' (ie liter) was defined as a gallon, this book went into the recycle bin.

If you want a proper Swahili dictionary consider the one written by Nicholas Awde, I just borrowed it from my local library and it is an actual dictionary!
Honestly this isn't even worth the one star and I'm not trying to promote for another company, but hell I am so angry. The words in here are not explained (if you're serious about learning any bantu language, explanation of noun class differences is key, especially if you're teaching yourself). It's so small, I would say it has less than 500 entries, the one mentioned above has 10.000 entries. I also have the Kasahorow Luganda "dictionary" and it is even more pathetic, this isn't worth the price, it should be free!
